NCM Network AG was founded in 1999 by Franco G. Bianchi and Matthias Nemes. NCM provides services around the game of golf with Golf Course Design by Jose Maria Olazabal and the brand Olazabal Design, with Resort Development Advisory and Special Event Promotion. References include the world's largest golf resort Mission Hills in China, the ultra luxury Velaa Private Island in the Maldives, Education City Golf Club in Qatar, Costa Navarino in Greece, and star golfers Jose Maria Olazabal and Sergio Garcia.
